The ordering process was good but I have not received my order or any tracking info. It has been bad weather so that could be the cause of it. I will update my review once I get my order.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your ordering experience with AffirmMePlease. We're pleased to hear that the ordering process met your expectations. We understand your concern about not having received your order or tracking information yet. As per our shipping policy, orders are shipped within 10-14 business days, with tracking information provided at that time. Given that your order was placed on January 14, 2024, we are currently within this timeframe. Additionally, due to recent severe weather, which we've communicated about via emails on January 15 and January 20 (which our records show were received and opened), we are experiencing some shipping delays. We value transparency and honesty in our communication with our customers, and we strive to ensure that all information provided is clear and accurate. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, as the review suggests an expectation of having already received the order. Your order is one of our priorities, and we are working diligently to dispatch it to you, complete with tracking information, as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these exceptional circumstances. If there is any further assistance we can provide, or if you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to reach out directly. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase once it arrives.
