While they make nice products, I strongly recommend against ordering from them directly. They held onto nearly $800 of my money for almost 3 full months without delivering the ordered product, despite telling me twice it would arrive. Trying to get a refund (eventually issued) was a real hassle.

Customer service is abysmal. I placed an order 2weeks ago and heard nothing until I called in. Poor communication and overpriced.
