Ineffective Product & Poor Customer Service
I have been trying to resolve issues with this product for three months, with no success. It fails significantly with heavy leaks and is not suitable for overnight use. While customer service acknowledged the problem and promised to adjust size and quality, nothing has changed. The inability to get this resolved has caused me significant financial and personal strain, as I’ve had to purchase other products. Very disappointed in both the product and the lack of follow-through.
