No support, no refund, nobody replies, I'm issuing a refund process with the credit card.

Scam website. I cancelled my account after a year because the video quality is low and generic. They are still charging my card until this date. I emailed them many times but their customer service does not reply to any of my emails.

Horrible customer service and shady. I was a member for a few years. I would watch speakers on various marketing topics, some were better than others. I planned to let me membership lapse as I no longer saw value in it. However, my membership was automatically renewed with no email to say my membership was going to renew, no warning, etc. I contacted customer service the next day to get a refund and they said my account was on "auto-collection" and would not refund me. I told them auto-collection was vague and not the same as auto-renewal and they did not have my express consent for auto-renewal. They should follow best practices for subscription renewal, especially when dealing with us marketers who know better! They did not reply which is so shady! As a paying member for years, I deserved better customer service and to get a refund. Awful.

Ignored for a refund after unwanted auto-renewal ​I used this platform for a year with no issues, but when my subscription automatically renewed without warning, things went downhill fast. I emailed them for a refund on the exact day of the charge and have been completely ignored. ​Some of the content is okay, but their auto-renewal trap and non-existent customer service are unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look for other e-learning platforms.
