Horrible communication in regards to…
Horrible communication in regards to day to day out of stocks Great products.,, pre-workout is off the chart good but had to try competitive products due 6-8 weeks out of stocks and horrible communication

Hi Jerry, thank you for taking the time to write. If you sign up for text alerts, you will be the first to hear about newly restocked items. As for out of stock items, the supplement industry has been dealing with severe supply/demand shortages with regards to raw materials since Covid. I can assure you we work very hard to locate these ingredients to ensure the fastest turnaround times. We believe this challenge will correct itself over time, and really appreciate your patience during this very strange year.

The product is exceptional, company is not.
The product is exceptional. The company’s ability to keep it in stock is horrendous. The responses when inquiring about an ETA for the item to be back in stock was inconsistent and inaccurate. Looking for an equally good product to begin using instead, as this company is not dependable. It is unfortunate as the product is very effective.

Since Covid there has been severe problems pertaining to supply and demand for all supplement companies. It is currently the industry’s biggest challenge. We always ask our customers to sign up for text alerts, so they can be notified as soon as a product comes in.

Hi Annanda, I see we shipped out your order with in 24hrs, and it’s been in transit with UPS since. You can see this with the tracking link we sent you after purchase. I also see that you are international. Unfortunately, since Covid supplement orders take longer to travel through customs (we state this on our website). Rest assured, your order is still on its way. I will email you more timely tracking for your convenience.

No Product Received
Still have not received the product ordered. Customer service started to help me but I have yet to hear anything about the status of my order after two weeks. Tracking shows it has never left New York. I also signed up as “VIP” to get this delivered on a monthly basis but will be cancelling that.

Lied to about servings
The product works and is great but I have problem being lied to when the servings says 30 and you only get 20. My friends and I all have this problem with the cherry lime flavor.

My bottle came with about 15 scoops....... such a rip off.

Hi Dalton, The Dopa Rush can pack down over time, and we recommend using 3/4 of a scoop per day. There should definitely be 30 scoops. I am going to have customer service reach out to you.
