The products are good
The products are good. Just that their shipping isn't so good. Last time I ordered my sex cocktail product it took almost 2 weeks to get to me and I live in the midwest. I told them about it and they just keep telling me to wait day after day. Had to message them 4 -5 days straight in a row after the arrival date then finally it arrived. There wasn't any apologies or anything. That was the only thing I wasn't really happy about. They could've atleast gave me free shipping or something for that. Their end their fault and no apologies or gifts to say sorry or anything. nothing! That's the only very disappointing part.

Hi Dang, I see that we shipped your order out next day, and USPS took 4 business days to deliver your package. We always ship out orders same day or next day depending on the time your order is placed. We use USPS and they take 2-5 business days depending on where you are in the U.S. I hope this explains the time for shipping.

While the product remains my favorite…
While the product remains my favorite and it top notch - 5 stars....The cost and time of the shipping remain my issue. Definitely not enough to keep me from buying

Hi Jeff, we sell on Amazon as well. If you're a Prime customer, you can get free shipping. We also try and offer sales whenever possible to help offset the cost of shipping on our direct website. Hope this helps!

Shipping issue
After placing my order and receiving tracking information I was never able to see movement, I emailed back and forth with Brian and after him trying to find it with no success a couple days later he had it reshipped. 3 stars is because I waited 10 days from order date before it being reshipped, but Brian made all efforts he could and had it shipped again when he said he would.

Too expensive
Too expensive, and on top of that you have to pay for shipping.

Hi Mandi, Thank you for your feedback. We do try and keep our pricing as competitive as possible. It is important to keep in mind that we use only high quality ingredients, without the fillers. Because of this, the products are more expensive to make. We also offer free prime shipping on our Amazon store.

Demora na entrega
Minha insatisfação está no quesito entrega, o que ainda não recebi a encomenda, ou seja muita demora na entrega. Hoje já es 14/12/2019 não tenho nem previsão de entrega, a mercadoria nem chegou ao brasil ainda!

Content works, but product maybe like buying dorito chips
It works, but why make a bottle that size when only HALF of the container is filled with the actual product. I had also requested to make a change to my order. Although I received a response within minutes like others have claimed and they mentioned they would make the change the following day, there was no following through and they had shipped my original order. I mean their products are great and maybe I just happen to be one of the people who had unfortunate experience, but I mean I'm a little disappointed with customer service.

Hi Kris, I spoke with customer service, and they told me they tried, but couldn't grab your package in time before it shipped out. I believe an email was just sent out to you today that you would be refunded for the extra bottle, no need to return.
