It took 3 weeks to get here.
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsJan 10, 2021
Hi Steve, USPS has had severe delays in transit over the holiday. Combined with Covid, it can sometimes take longer than usual. Even though the postal system is out of our control, we still appreciate your patience. Please use AML25 for 25% off your next order.

I expected to be given a tracking number and I can track it but I am being forced to use the shop app... I don't want to use that app. The products you sell are high quality I will say.

You will receive tracking once your order is shipped

Don’t know if shipping company dropped the ball or AML did, but I am still waiting on 2 post workouts to be delivered. Ordered it in one big order and received 3/5 items.
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsDec 23, 2020
Hi Richard, I see it took USPS 12 business days to ship your package. They typically take 2-5 depending where you live in the U.S. They seem to be overwhelmed by the busy holiday season, combined with Covid. I'm glad to see your package was delivered today, and appreciate your patience. Please use code AML25 for 25% off your next order with us.

I love the company and the products. Honestly, no company compares or comes close! However, at times the shipping times can be hit or miss. I ordered on 11/27 and I am still waiting to receive my Black Friday order. I know that Covid has made everything more challenging, but this does seem a little slow in your otherwise normal shipping times. I have had orders that come in 2-3 days and then some that take over a week. Other than that, LOVE the products and the company, as well as their customer service.

Hi Adam, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about AML! So happy to hear you're loving the products!! We completely understand about the shipping. Covid has made USPS shipping a bit more unpredictable. We ship same day or next day depending when order is placed (Black Friday weekend can ship 24-48 hours due to high demand). Typically USPS takes 2-5 business days depending where you are in the country. I've checked on your order, and your order will be to you by end of day today. I hope this better explains the shipping process for you. Please never hesitate to reach out with questions, as we are always happy to help!

Tried using veteran discount and wouldn’t work also tried using the email sign up 25% off discount and couldn’t use that one either. Spending $60 is a lot for a preworkout. I think I’ll just take my business elsewhere next time.
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsSep 14, 2020
Hi Erik, I see you've bought the Xtreme. This product was not applicable for promotions at the time of purchase, as it's a brand new product. This will change in the next month or so. Also, the reason why it's more expensive, is because it's like two products in one. We used to have something called AML Power Rep (increases reps), which would be stacked with our regular Preworkout. We started receiving tons of requests to bring this product back. We decided to come out with Xtreme, so it would be more cost effective for our customers as one product, instead of two. It's jammed packed with active ingredients, and meant for the serious athlete.

I love the product itself but like what’s stated on the amazon reviews, there is not enough for the amount of servings that is listed. Fantastic product. Just not enough of it.
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsSep 10, 2020
HI Katherine, Not sure which product you're referring too, but we've had some reviews about this regarding Dopa Rush. There are definitely 30 servings, however this powder sometimes packs down over time. Taking 3/4's of scoop will help increase the servings for the month, and still give you optimum effects.

Been over a week and still haven’t received my product. When usually only takes 2-3 days max
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsAug 11, 2020
Hi Erik, Apologies for the delay. UPS had some Covid delays with the order, plus the Tropical Storm that hit the east coast slowed down shipping even further. Please rest assured that we've been in constant contact with them, and your order should be to you this week. Thank you for your patience!

Product seems good, just starting using it. Shipping time was very long, reason why I did not give it 4 stars
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsMay 14, 2020
Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. So happy to hear you're liking the product. Shipping times are longer than usual right now due to Covid-19. Please know that we are still shipping out orders within 24 hours after being purchased. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it's with USPS.
