I appreciate customer service working me on a delivery to an Air BnB which was subsequently returned, but the redelivery to a family’s address in the area, was not delivered, or dropped at the wrong address. I’m looking for a refund pleaseZ

1st timer ordering pre work out.

ORDER #118653 How small the containers were. I have to see if the product is worth it or not. I ordered this product for my husband and didnt realize he could get a military discount. But I was a little concerned about the artificial sugar used. He is allergic to artificial sugar and has Aura Migraines We did see they used sucralose in the cocktail after he drank it. SO he cannot have that one. We did not see anything on carbs or calories on the container. But he did like the ThermoHeat Fat Burning Protein chocolate fudge one. So we might have to return the cocktail one

I’ve ordered this product for years. So I’m very familiar with the flavors. I ordered Baja like before, but what I received was not Baja but instead similar To orange. And when prompted about the product all they had to say was that they don’t have an orange flavor. Very disappointed in the customer service. They have thought committed to replacing the product.

You sent an email promotion to entice me to place an order using a promo code. But upon purchasr, no discount was applied to the purchase. Shame!

Great product but customer service isn’t great. Slow to respond and not friendly

I have purchased several products before and the last two have been packaged fairly poorly. The first time I chalked it up to a one time thing. This last order the tub was half opened and most of the product was in the shipping bag. Just a mess everywhere and unable to use about half the product. AML products have been great, the packaging and shipping is where the weak point is. If this was fixed I would give them a 5 star rating.

Wasn't blown away by the product, but not disappointed in it. I sought a quicker solution but thats not always realistic. I will most likely buy again though.
