I didn’t receive a tracking number for my order. I believe it’s late

Hi Felicia, I see your package left our warehouse same day it was ordered. I've checked your USPS tracking number, and they say "in Transit, Arriving Late.Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." USPS has been having delays due to Covid related issues. We appreciate your patience during these difficult times, and are currently looking in to other shipping companies as an option.

Hi Josh, did you try emailing [email protected]? The team responds with in 24 hours. I see you're international, and we have a Covid policy on our webpage that states orders take longer to ship overseas due to new Customs regulations. I see your order has passed through you country's customs okay, and it currently on route to its final destination.

Tastes awful (like dirt)
I’ve used AML pre-workout a couple of years ago and I thought it was great. I did start using another brand and recently switched back to AML pre-workout, I ordered blue raspberry and it arrived promptly. However, it tastes like dirt, literally. I thought maybe it was rancid or a bad batch so I then ordered the watermelon flavor, it too tastes like dirt. Is it supposed to taste awful or do I have bad product? If someone from AML can contact me I’d appreciate it.

I spoke with customer service, and they told me they sent you a free bottle. I've tasted all of the flavors, and don't personally taste anything reminiscent to dirt. If you have any further inquires, please contact [email protected].

We've had a huge growth in demand, and are currently working with our manufacturer on larger and faster turnaround times. We don't foresee this being an issue in the near future.

Solid products but always out of stock
Solid products, but always out of stock. Either just poor fulfillment execution or slick marketing to throttle “supply and demand” like drug suppliers or something. The pre-sale stuff is lame. Place an order and wait multiple weeks before it ships. Can we get the products and pay you later? Thought not. Any event, it’s getting old and looks amateurish.

Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration on sold out products. We have had tremendous growth and a huge demand for our supplements in a very short time. We are currently working with our manufacturers and ingredients companies to meet these demands in a very short turnaround time. Although the pre sales are not ideal, they were created through popular demand. Once products are received at our warehouse, they get shipped out to customers with in a 24 hour window. We do not foresee sold out products being an issue in the near future.

Some people miss this when they place an order, which is why there was a delay on your shipment. I hope this clarifies why this item took longer to get to you.
