The delivery was received in a timely manner. The product on the other hand was not very tasteful. With an aftertaste that is even worse, lol. Although I've only used the product once so far, if it's as effective as advertised, I can get over the taste.

Change back to the old flavor
I really liked the taste of the pre workout you had before. The new one you guys have tastes like a watered down version of the old one and really discouraged me from continuing to use your product. Now it just taste like ever other pre workout sadly.

Usually this company is reliable
Usually this company is reliable. I understand that manufacturing scarcity helps your sales but you should probably make sure to have enough stock on hand to cover your subscriptions.

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback. We understand out of stock items are frustrating. I can promise you we do not do this on purpose. Sometimes certain raw materials are affected by the supply chain. I promise we will always do our best to fulfill each of our products.

Good products ,slow shipping
Good products . Ordered twice in the last couple weeks and both times took over a week to get here but the products are great. It took about 4 days each time to get shipped out .

Hate to do a low star rating
Hate to do a low star rating, but very slow shipping ! Still havnt got it. It’s late from previous estimates. Good sale price

Thank you for taking the time to let us know. I see from the tracking, the order left our warehouse within 24 hours. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping companies face hiccups in travel. Our customer service department mentioned they have already sent you updated tracking, and should arrive on Friday. I'm sure you will be hearing from them again before then. We agree, delayed travel is always incredibly frustrating, and we thank you for your patience on this.
