Great Products!!!. I bought both the pre and post workout drinks. Both of them taste fantastic. I have tried many over the years. Usually they are too sweet. Not these, I could literally drink them all day! I also haven't noticed any real "crash" using the pre-workout drink. I just started using them, but hoping to get great results from these products!

A few months in to using AML products (Pre & Post specifically) now and all I can say is I have a lot of energy, being 57, in the gym and throughout the afternoon and my body is responding well to the mix.
