Great Customer Service
Did a tremendous job answering a question I had with a discount code not working. Product was shipped on time, even during the Christmas Holiday.
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsDec 24, 2019
Hi Joe, Thank you for your feedback. Happy to see you got the code to work in your order. If you were originally trying to include a stacked product, codes are not valid, as they are already discounted. Hopefully that explains any difficulty. You may also want to check your spam folder. Sometimes the email confirmation will get sent there instead. I've checked on the status of your order, and expected delivery is this Friday. Please never hesitate to reach out to [email protected] if you have any trouble in the future. They will be sure to help you! Thank you again for your order, and wishing you a wonderful Christmas!
