The main reason I ordered was because I got an email for 30% off. I input the discount code after ordering on IG & it was not applied. Instant messaged them twice with ZERO response to apply the discount or cancel order. Presently my card is still hit for the full amount.

False advertising
I tried to email Jennifer 3 times and the team customer relations email but I received an undeliverable 3 times and no response. There is no way there are 30 servings in the dopa rush containers. I took video to prove it. In 3 separate containers there is an average of 17-20 servings. You either have quality control issues in your packaging or you’re misleading the servings of your product.

Hi Josh, my apologies, but I have not received one email from you. If you should ever have any questions, please email [email protected]. As for your concern with the amount of servings in Dopa Rush, there are definitely 30 servings. The powder packs down over time, and our manufacturer miscalculated a serving spoon that is too large in our last run. If you use 3/4's of serving spoon, it will work out okay, and we have already corrected the problem for our next run. Apologies for the inconvenience, and we really appreciate the feedback. Because of reviews like yours, we were able to correct this issue asap.

I never received a confirmation email…
I never received a confirmation email or receipt and still do not have one through email or text. I honestly thought the order vanished since I checked out as a guest. This is the first I’m hearing from the company which is a relief that it actually came through.

Where is my stuff???????
Worst shipping that could possibly use. It's been almost a month now and still haven't received the product. If your from Australia, don't expect to get the order this decade

Hi Matt, your shipment left our warehouse with in 24 hours of placing your order. I wish we had a hand in Australian shipping speeds, but that's unfortunately out of our wheelhouse. If you don't receive an order on a timely basis, I would highly recommend filing a claim with them. We are always happy to try and help on our end as well. Please never hesitate to reach out to our customer service department.

I sent 2 messages via instant chat
I sent 2 messages via instant chat, 2 separate emails and left a phone message yesterday. I have not received one single response back from anyone. I never received my 25% off coupon on my first order so was trying to get it applied to my second order. When I decided to just go ahead and purchase the item anyways even without a response, the item in my cart was sold out.

Promo codes only work on regular purchases, and special sales and discounted items are not applicable. You’re welcome to use your code towards regular purchases.

Hi Daniel, I see you’ve ordered a ‘pre sale’ item. It stated that product would not ship until October 21st on the sale page. USPS typically takes 2-5 business days depending on where you are in the U.S. I see the package is on its way, and will be delivered next Tuesday. We always ship orders out with in a 24 hour basis as soon as it’s receive from our manufacturers. Hopefully, this offers clarification on why you have not received it yet.
