It’s been two weeks since my order and…
It’s been two weeks since my order and it still does not have a tracking number. Nothing was back ordered, terribly slow delivery Service.

Hi Joe, I see your order includes our new product Pre Xtreme. Such a delay is very rare... Unfortunately, UPS sent down the Xtreme to Florida instead of our warehouse in NY. Coupled with Tropical storm Isaaias, it was the perfect storm. Please rest assured that your product is currently on its way to you. Thank you for your patience.

Customer service was below poor
Customer service was below poor. 3 days to get response to emails, took 3 weeks to get basic package from US to UK.

Hi Ollie, Thank you for your feedback. In the future, please email [email protected]. There is a very quick turnaround through our customer service department. As for shipping, we do ship out of our warehouse with in 24 hours, however the U.S. Postal service is now using third party shippers to help them with delays in shipping. We are looking in to a private shipping company that can help get faster delivery to our international customers. We appreciate your patience as we try and navigate through the affects of Covid-19.

One product still has not arrived
One product still has not arrived Edited to answer AML response who gave me a USPS answer - I ordered Friday last week and it’s now Wednesday. Saturday is still a day of operation for the USPS. I mail plenty of business correspondence and real estate docs through the USPS. This isn’t a review that you’re a bad company, but you’ve emailed me this trust pilot review email and a separate review email from a customer services employee...I haven’t received my order in a timely manner, so I’m replying to the multiple emails, what has happened.

I see your order was shipped out from our warehouse with in 24 hours, and it's only been 3 business days in transit. USPS takes between 2-5 business days depending where you are in the U.S. I see you live in California, and we are in New York, so nothing is delayed.

Bad business practices by AML
I ordered Dopa-rush, along with other products. Then my fiancé showed me detrimental information about the harmful side effects of L-Dopa, which is an ingredient in Doparush. So I tried to cancel my order of Doparush one hour after ordering it, but was told by a company representative that it was not possible. Although I should have read up on all of the ingredients before ordering it, I am still very disappointed in the fact that I could not get a refund.

Hi Paul, I've just checked, and I see that we did cancel the order for you yesterday at 2pm. We always offer customers the choice to return a product. Also, L-Dopa is extremely safe and effective. There are tons of studies you can find online about many different ingredients, however they are not always based off of reputable science. I have pasted and article with trusted sources below. Technological error
I tried to order 2 items from AML for the first time as a UK customer, when I put my payment information in and tried to pay it kept coming up with errors as if the payment didn’t go through. It eventually did go through after numerous attempts. I then discovered it put my payment through 5 times. I now have 5 pending transactions totalling just under £350 which isn’t ideal at this present time. Once I notified the company I did get a response once but then nothing since. I really hope they stop the transaction before it goes through or refund quickly. I guess my poor experience was a technological problem over poor service but I suppose they could of got back to me again yesterday but haven’t yet.

Hi Ahmed, I see you ordered on Feb 25th, and your order left our warehouse next day. USPS takes 2-5 business days depending where you are in the U.S. I see you live in Australia, and your order is currently in transit there. Once an order leaves the U.S., the timing of international delivery depends on your country's delivery service. I hope that clarifies things better.
