Also wish I could give this company ZERO STARS. Placed an order for hundreds worth of product because it was a far better deal than smaller quantities, and they push extremely hard for you to buy even more for more of a discount as you are placing your initial order, so I figured I'd go for it. Quickly got a shipping notification, but looking closer at it a few days later after no updates, it turns out it never shipped. They removed the update of it shipping on their site for my order and removed the "tracking number" for the order from the site, so it only shows paid two weeks ago with no further updates. I've opened cases multiple times and kept following up nonstop, and NEVER have I heard from anybody from the company. They aren't going to do anything about it it seems, just hope I forget about my order and my money, so they can keep my money and not send me the product I paid for and was eagerly awaiting. This company seems very scummy and like they cannot be trusted. Do not give them your money. I am having to resort to disputing the charges with my credit card company, because it has been so long since I placed my order, and since I have opened support requests, with NO RESPONSES or updates to anything, after the automated support request email says they respond to "EVERY EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS". It seems as if they don't employ any customer support reps, because it's been weeks with ZERO responses. Far from the promised 24 hours. AVOID THIS COMPANY if you like receiving items you paid for.

One star because I can’t choose none. World’s worst customer service. Purchased three hundred worth of product. 6 weeks later I still didn’t have the product. 5 reach outs to the company before they finally said that they would give me a refund. 2 weeks later the refund was finally processed by AB. 3 days later I received my money back. Nightmare.

IMO, i would avoid this company; 12/21/21 placed an order from a google ad for curcumin and I was unaware it landed on a perfect amino page; order placed, email confirmation received, sent email to cancel order within 10min of order, attached google ad screenshot, 1st reply back was 12/27 and they told me to return it by writing 'return to sender'; post office refused as it was sent UPS to local USPS; I returned the item at my cost $10.10 and still no further replay other than them blaming me for the wrongdoing

I made a purchase and then received an email saying my order didn’t go through, so I placed another order. Guess what, now I’m getting two orders! I called customer service, and instead of an apology, I get more BS. Why would they send an email saying my Oder didn’t go through and then, no problem with the order? So now they have my money and I’m screwed…they must be hard up for sales. How about trying to help the customer? Buy local and you won’t have to deal with this Ugh!!!!

The Perfect Aminos caused major inflammation inside my body. Some companies can walk a fine line when it comes to FDA regulations and this company is one of them. I wish I had gotten the pills tested in a lab before returning them. They have absolutely no intentions of giving you a refund for any return items, despite what they say on the website. Be aware that if you are unhappy with the products, you will have to eat the cost.

My Order # 2173854 almost 3 months, don't buy anything with this company advanced bio nutritionals you get no product and no money, not to purchase any online product anymore, I never ever buy, better to go to a shop and buy.

BEWARE !!! this company is a scam...Do not buy as will not answer their phones if you try to cancel order...tried to call multiple time only to be put on hold for over an hour, then disconnected every time....They do not honor the 100% money back guarantee for these bogus pills.....They do not work and now my only recourse is to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge.....after my dispute, i will be leaving reviews of this company every where i can to protect other people from their scam..They are horrible , products are terrible, and they don't work as advertised.....
