Hi Renata, Thank you for contacting Advanced Bionutritionals and sharing the details of your recent experience. Our team has reviewed your previous order history and confirmed that both orders were cancelled due to failed address verification. At the time your order was attempted, Advanced Bionutritionals only authorized the credit card but did not settle on the transaction amount due to the order being cancelled. Our processing system attempted to release the authorization multiple times on June 14, July 1 and again on July 7th. Our records indicate that the reversal is failing due to an issue with your credit card. Please contact your credit card company to inquire.
