After having torn both shoulder rotator cuffs and torn right bicep I went to physical therapy for 3 months to try to repair and gain some strength. I did not want to go through surgery. Before taking the amino acid supplements, I suffered from pain while doing any chore that involved arm and shoulder movement and had problems sleeping at night with shoulder pain.
