Seemed to improve my hearing

I’m seen some benefit. My only issue is that they are difficult to swallow.

works pretty well. does make some difference. dosages could be higher. price could be lower.

To tell me the truth, I did not like this supplement very much. First of all I dud not see any difference but I did not take it regularly because of my sensitivity. So I hope people got a good result form it.

I found Advanced Adaptogen Complex to be very effective for me. Unfortunately it does not seem to be available any more. Thus 4 Stars not 5.

My memory for certain things seems to be better after 60 days

It's fine but not a complete product with all tocopherols and tocotrienols required in a vitamin E supplement.

I think it is working. I'm completing a Ph.D. and owe the success to the memory formula that keeps me alert and going. Although sometimes get a headache behind the eyes when taking 2 per day, maybe a reaction with other nutrients or I'm getting a dose of MSG simultaneously from a food product again. : )
