I took them for about a month and a half, I could see and feel the differance but, I am 79 and saw an increase in my blood pressure. I am not sure if it was the effects of our 'crazy world" or the pills. I have a wellness check this month and will talk about this issue with my Dr.

OK. It's a bit hard to know at this point. I use the Advanced Memory Formula. But I also use additional other brands. But I do feel that I'm doing better. I just realized that I was using better speech and I seem that my vocabulary is coming back. But let us wait for a while to see if it keeps working. Maybe when I finish the second bottle. The pllls did a great job and helped a lot

I love your protein powder. I use it with my breakfast cereal in the morning. I, also, drink it during the day in the place of ice cream since I am on a special diet. It keeps me from breaking my diet. I find it very refreshing, however, I do find it a little pricey.

I am losing less hair and my nails are stronger.
