As I understand, the perfect amino tablets once injected it convert directly to 100% protein that my body can easily absorb. A lot of protein powders only have up to 30% of protein in the product. It has certainly improved my energy and strength in doing my daily exercises. I noticed more lean muscle and my skin and hair are looking healthier.
