AdvanblackReviews of advanblack.com

Don’t order from this company, the colour does not match. I have a Harley, all genuine Harley parts in Radioactive green and the item is no where near a match in colour, but apparently it’s Harley Davidson fault that they have not matched their parts to this companies colour. Offered me a refund but would take postage cost and 20 % off for restocking plus I had to pay for registered insured post for return

I’m going to be very honest here. I have a 23 lowrider ST. I hated the factory bags from the beginning. I bought advanblacks non stretched bags color matched which I paid $1604 shipped now that includes the hyper led lights too. When they arrived I was excited. I installed the right side and it went smooth as pie. When I got to the left side the bag would not line up with the conversion bracket now matter what I tried. It was very obvious that something wasn’t done right. I contacted them by email because calling them is a joke. Why do they even have a phone number when they never answer the phone. Anyway after sending them about 20 pictures they said we will send you a new conversion bracket but it’s on back order. Of course it is. So I received it in a couple weeks came all the way from China. Big letters on the box made in CHINA. So I installed it on the right side and it lined up perfectly. The other issue I had was the lid on the right side would pop open as I was driving. It vibrates open. So now I have to make sure I lock it. I’m in the middle of dealing with this through emails of course and I’m getting annoyed. I paid a lot of money for these bags when I should have just bought the same bags from nasty hogs for more than half the price. I’m so stupid for that. I also called there tech number 3x to help me with the wiring for the LED light and left 3 messages and to this day nobody called me back. I figured it out myself. I hope at the end of this they take care of it. Even if they do I probably won’t buy another thing from them. Everyone on YouTube says how great they are but there all sponsored. I think there overpriced and overrated. Customer service sucks. You can’t call them because they won’t answer the phone. Email takes about 24 hours every single time so it takes forever.

Same as everyone else. Order placed for a seat that was “in stock, ready to ship” per their website. After not receiving any shipping info I contacted them via email (phone calls never returned) and was told their website was incorrect and it would now be 2-4 weeks before it shipped. Fast forward another week and I get a formatted message stating due to the “back order” status of my seat it will be an additional 2-3 weeks before it ships. I understand things happen, but I only placed the order because it was in stock and ready to ship. Had I known I was in for a potential 2 month wait I would have gone another route. To top it off….as a thanks and sign of appreciation to their “valued customers” I’m forced to pay a 20% restocking fee to cancel!! What a great show of thanks to a customer who ordered an in stock and ready to ship (from the US) seat! Kuddos to you AdvanBlack. You’re doing great things for our community!

I ordered a vivid black 21 inch wrap-around fender over a month ago. At the 2-week point I contacted Advanblack for status. I was told it would be ready in 1-3 weeks. Two weeks later I contact them for an update and they tell me it’s going to be another 2-4 weeks because the fender was not in stock. I responded that 4 weeks after placing the order you finally decide to tell me it was never in stock. I won’t even mention the 20% restocking fee if I decide to cancel the order. I will never deal with these people again.

The same thing happened to Jamie Deselms is happening to me right now. I ordered my fairing in September, and they said it would take 4-6 weeks. I’m currently 9 weeks in, and still no fairing or tracking information. They keep saying, “It should land in the States next week” Don’t waste your time with this company.

I ordered the front batwing fairing that I knew had a lead time of 4-6 weeks for them to make and ship. After tree weeks I received he shipping notification and was excited. Only to learn it was being shipped from China, no big deal as long as it was quality right? After another three weeks of the tracking information sitting in the same status I reached out to them. It was not until I went to social media that I got an actual response, very rude and not very helpful. Honestly it looked like a scam, and after finally waiting an extended period of time and after submitting a negative review I was string armed by a barrage of emails demanding I remove the negative social media post. I did not so they "canceled" me.. All I can say is you would be better off going through Hogworks where its made in America and you wont have your shipment sitting on a dock somewhere stuck in China. Customer service is not helpful, abusive, and threatening. Would not recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
