Web page said that they had part. Called to confirm . Didn't receive shipment because they didn't have part. They reordered but wasted a week of time . Were very helpful and apologetic when I called looking for part. Price was great . Follow up not so good . Will try them again !

I ordered the manual. Then got worried because the confirmation showed another vehicle type than mine. I sent an email to Adsit and they gave me a plausible explanation. I received the item and I am satisfied with it. The only thing that will make me think twice (this is not the fault of Adsit at alll !!) is I that next time I need to think about European/Belgian Customs Duties, (when ordering outside the European Union) to be paid and this had to be paid to the Parcel Delivery Company before I could take reception. The 3 cost items (purchase, transport and customs duties), made the item quite expensive...., again, this is my own problem).

Upgraded to 16" wheels from 15's. Wheels look Great, only concern is lugs shorter than originals.

Response to my need for Mercedes accessories was prompt and courteous. I do think the floor mats are a fraction smaller than the original stock items.

I am grateful for having a knowledgable source for obscure parts! The only thing I'd request is better/more pics and better descriptions, but really it was pretty good. Website works well and part was delivered fairly quickly.
