I needed parts for my SL500-fuel pumps-I placed an order showing (pump/s),only one was supplied,I responded and was told they thought I may only want to change one,so I stated I would like to change both,equal value performance,so the second pump was sent to me..Now the second pump was more expensive than the first,also as Im in Australia I had to pay for international freight twice,thanks for trying to help !! Net result I have been penalised for using this company.

Adsit has the best selection of parts I need for my classic Mercedes. But their pricing isn't that competitive. I found a similar OE part on a different website that was literally half the cost (saving me $250), but Adsit wouldn't price match it. Also, their return policy is somewhat restrictive. That other website only applied a restocking fee if a part was returned with an opened package, otherwise no fee. Adsit charged me a 25% restocking fee for a return in an unopened package.

The rims I got are not the same as the photo. They look good but the quality is not there. Only time will tell how long they will last. They don't have a heavy coat of clear on them so they mark very easily. You have to be careful putting the tires on. The Company is excellent ,service is great.

This company has a lot to offer, but it appears they are under staffed. Service is slow. Follow up is non-existent and information feedback is slow. The return policy and related court case are off putting when compared to peer suppliers.

Ordered and paid for a set of chrome rims, received standard aluminum ones by accident. Called Adsitco and they sent out a pickup notice for the wrong ones. I had to wait until they had received the wrong ones back at their warehouse before they would ship the correct ones out, delaying things by almost a week. I would have perferred the replacement be sent out once they had confirmation the incorrect parts were picked up. In the end, everything was fine. I will use them again.

It's very difficult to find parts on your website as some of them are not list and I usually have to call to see if they are available. You parts quality is usually pretty good, but I think you are in a position to provide not just parts but guidance for DIY Mercedes benz maintenance, via youtube videos. No one else has this information..

All the parts I need were available albeit with one special order. There was no follow up to inform me that one part would be late because it was being shipped from a different location. It took several phone calls from me just to get that information. I have used Adsit for years and will continue to do so but, it is advisable that the customer service improve.
