I have used this company only once and my only issue was that I never received an email communication about when my order would arrive. The money was taken immediately from my credit card when I placed the order and it took about 3 weeks. I made a few calls for updates, but it would have been more customer friendly if I had received communication from the company.

I was searching long and tediously for parts for my vehicle and came across these guys. Luckily they had one more of the part I needed. There was a mix up in the inventory that cost me more than I was under the impression of paying but I did receive my item in a timely fashion.

After ordering what I thought I needed, I became nervous and emailed Adsit for clarification. I'm glad I did, as I had ordered the wrong parts. With one-line descriptions and no illustrations of what you're buying, it's a bit of a crap shoot. Please do what you can to clarify what the product actually is in each case so we know what to buy. Adsit's customer service was excellent in answering my question (unfortunately in the negative) and then cancelling my order when it turned out to be the wrong stuff.
