for status of order. I was told adsit had to order from their supplier...etc. No big deal I just didn't know and restoration halted for two weeks. I would have liked to know...so I could focus elsewhere on car.

Good Price a bit slow I felt with shipping and then when I went to install the pump the terminal nuts that came with were the wrong size so that was very frustrating. I only gave them as high of score as I did was for the price of the pump

I've ordered a few parts from Adsitco - they provide a great selection of parts for my 86 Mercedes. Most recent purchase was a set of wheels. The site was being worked on when I researched the wheels on line and it didn't display the correct information. However, I called them and they were very good at helping me order. Unfortunately for me, the Company put the wheels on a 25% discount three business days after I placed my order. I believe I ordered them on a Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they went on sale the following Monday. I contacted them to request the discount or even a credit towards my next purchase. While they engaged in the discussion and were responsive, they would not budge on any kind of a price guarantee. Clearly they did not owe me anything but I've become accustomed to price guarantees so I thought they might provide something similar. I wouldn't have a problem with ordering from them in the future but I will look for alternatives. Good inventory, good people, frustrating policy.

I ordered chrome fender trims for a 1999 ML 430. The first order was shipped for a ML 320. In order to expedite receipt of the correct items, I reordered fender trim for my ML 430. Again I received ML 320 fender trim. I called and spoke with Ryan who assured me they would get it handled. That was well over a week ago. I called on Friday but was told Ryan was not available till Monday and so the saga continues...

Had I realized i would be charged , I would have waited until I had several items to order, thereby obtaining value Twenty five percent of order, added on for shipping was not expected or appreciated. There are other M/B sites for me to utilize.

They have the right parts but sometimes they take just TOO long to get them out and they have no expedited shipping option

My purchase was shipped damaged and I was required to pay return postage of about $21 to obtain what I was supposed to have received in the first place.
