Negative - huge disappointment
My customer service email reply was short and didn't answer all my questions. I even had to responsed once with, "???" Because a day had passed with no reply. (At that point, I was getting one response per day). Eventually, I called to get my questions answered (since it wasn't happening via email). Finally, I placed my order online. And I received a call stating that the item was not in the warehouse. But it the cpu says it was in stock. I was told that my only option is to order more than one of your product. (I feel since I was only looking to buy one rim, minimal effort was put forward to fulfill my request) Huge disappointment.. Considering I've been looking for this rim for over a year. Not to mention that I ordered a tire from elsewhere for a wheel that I don't not have.

Kevin, We are very sorry for the mix up on the one rim showing to be in stock. We did show to have one available at the time of the email conversation. However once the order was placed and our shipping department went to fill the order we realized that the wheel simply was not in inventory. Again all we can say we are sorry for the mix up. However as far as responding to your emails and request prior to placing the order please review the email correspondence between you and Joe. All of your questions and emails where answered directly and promptly. We work very hard to respond quickly and effectively to each and every email and phone call. I assume maybe you had been working with another company as well and had such bad treatment. However please reconsider your remarks and two star review. We answered all of your questions accurately and promptly. Again we are very sorry for the inventory count issue the resulted in your order not being completed.
