I was sent the wrong part. In order to get the right part quickly, I was charged for a second part until the wrong part is returned at my expense. While Seth at the desk was professional and helpful, he could not explain why I'm penalized with a +$20 shipping cost for something that was not my fault! 4/10/15 Quick update, Joe at Adsit fixed things right away. Once the part is received back, if the part is in fact wrong I will make sure the return shipping is credit back to your credit card. The shipping fees will be returned with the cost of the part.
