Adsit saw my complaint below and refunded me my shipping. They then found the correct part and sent it to me in time as promised. Thank you Adsit for making this right...will buy from you again! Adsit sent me the wrong part. I paid for it to be shipped to me, and today I just paid for it to be shipped back to Adsit. "Company policy stated on the the website" that no matter the reason I have to pay both ways. But the good news? when they send the right part I don't have to pay for shipping!! I can't imagine a more perfect example of horrible customer service. When there are no problems, it's easy for companies to say they have great customer service. When things go wrong, that's when companies with REAL customer service shine...and develop loyal customers. I helped my dad run his service station for over 30 years...never ONCE did we use fine print to leave a customer hanging out to dry. The customer literally pays for company's mistake...what an absolute joke. Good person on the other end of the phone. Apologized profusely but said he must follow rules. I'm eager to see if I get the correct part this time.
