Good service and support. Unfortunately the mats I received sourced from MBZ for a 1995 E420 did not have the original embroidery pattern and driver heal patch as I was expecting. But that was not Adsitco's fault. I will continue to purchase parts as the need arises in my car restoration.

Wish you weren't pushing for a review. The part, which apparently didn't work correctly, had to be exchanged for another one which has not arrived yet. Therefore, this review can't be completed. Initially, I ordered a part and requested that it be shipped to my mechanic. It wasn't; it came to my home. I had to drive a 70-mile round trip to deliver the part myself. Then it didn't work when installed. My mechanic had to return the part and Adsit is sending a different one. Would like to review again when transaction and repair are complete.

Overall a good experience. Slightly annoying that photos of parts are not displayed on first page. Having to click on part to see it is a double step. Shipping was quick and parts are exactly as ordered.

I was happy to get the hard-to-find part, even if it was used. And, it worked great. When I called customer service to see when the part would be shipping, the person was helpful, pleasant and left me with a positive outlook. The only thing that may improve is the time between the order and actual shipping. But if this is due to the time it takes to locate the part, I'd prefer to deal with the slight pause--no problem. I look forward to doing more business with Adsitco soon.
