The online price was $239.00 for the new OEM grill assembly. As stated we did extend you the 30% discount even though it was ordered after the sale on Body parts had ended. With the 30% discount we ended up charging you $167.30 for the grill plus $24 shipping for a total of $191.30. Please review your records. JOHN MULLEN, Thanks for the review and notes. Yes this is a 35 year old used part. Please note this part is also no longer available new. I am very sorry that this 35 year old used A/C suction hose was not as clean as you would have liked. We do usually try to make a used part as presentable as possible, however some used parts located under the hood don't clean up and look like new. Once you get it installed let me know if you have any issues with the part itself. I will make a note on your account about this issue and see if we can't offer an additional discount on your next order to make up for this one. Gerard Chambers, Thank you for your review, but I believe you are a bit off on your post.... Yes you did order a used electrical part online. The online terms and conditions you agreed to clearly states that all uses parts come with a 60 day exchange warranty. It also states no refunds on used or electrical parts. The used Amp you purchased is both a used and an electrical part. When you placed this order online you clicked "Accept" to these terms. On 7-31-17 you called and notified us that you had received the item and that it was defective. If you will recall we offered to replace it for you at no charge according to the policies. On 8-7-17 we received the defective amp back into our warehouse with a note requesting a refund. Per your request we issued a refund back to your credit card on 8-8-17. Now on 8-11-17 you are posting a one star review stating we are refusing a refund? Not sure what this is about. Please review your statements and if you feel you should please adjust your review accordingly... If you have any questions regarding your order, refund, or anything else feel free to give us a call. However our website does not state anything regarding a part being in stock or not. This item did have to be special ordered in for you and was processed as quickly as possible. Salaheddin Alkhawaja, First I want to thank you for your order and honest review. I also want to apologize for the mix up and hassle this order has caused you. I have looked into your order and I do show that you placed this order online for two fuel pumps at $79 each. We did send you the pumps you requested online. However it looks that it was not until after you received the pumps that you called with the VIN#. After running that information we where able to see that your car does take the special fuel pumps for ethanol fuel. We do not stock or have that pump listed on our website. The ethanol pumps are available for special order if needed for $299 each I do not see any notes regarding a phone call prior to the order being placed. In these situations when a customer orders a wrong item we do request that the items be returned prior to a refund being issued. Once the pumps are returned we will issue a full refund back to the same credit card it was charged to. Again we are very for sorry for the mix up no the regular fuel and ethanol fuel pumps that your car requires. Armindo, Thank you for your order and review. It is open and honest reviews like yours that push us to continue to improve everyday. Yes we did receive your item for the two items that you ordered online from our clearance (80% discount) section. Yes unfortunately the $395 door panel that you purchased for $79 was sold out. Yes a full refund for this part and shipping was issued back to your credit card before the order was completed. We apologize but this occasionally does happen with our clearance items that sell out before we get them removed from the website. The other item was the sunroof headliner for $138 that you paid $27.60 for that ended up being the wrong color. Again this was a clearance item that we shipped to you. After you received it you did notify us of the color issue. We are not certain if the wrong part was shipped or mislabeled but it certainly was not what you ordered. For that we are extremely sorry. As soon as you notified us of the issue we issued a full refund for the wrong part sent and the remaining shipping charges.
