I received a call from Reece, later on …
I received a call from Reece, later on the day I ordered, asking if my Pagoda was an automatic or stick shift (the latter). This info was not asked on the Web site. I appreciate this customer service.

Vince, Thank you for your order and kind review. We received your order for the custom made carpet set for your 1984 Mercedes 300D on Thursday June, 29th. Unfortunately we are note able to stock a carpet set in every color for each year, make, and model. Once we received the order we did process it right away. The custom manufacturing process does take a few days and we also had a few days off for the 4th of July. All that to say the order was completed and shipped on Friday July 7th. Your UPS tracking number is 1z9012920370075145. It is scheduled to be delivered today July 13th. We are very sorry for any delay or hassle the special ordered, custom made carpet set, and Fourth of July Holiday may have caused.
