Always send tracking numbers to commercial accts

The team was able to quickly get back to me with the status of the order and expected shipping date. Was happy to see that they stocked both new and used parts for my old Mercedes.

Very easy doing business with Adsitco. Interesting that I received notification of shipment 1 day after product arrived.

I've purchased several parts from adsitco, new and rebuilt, and never had a problem with any. Had a shipping delay once but not bad for 6-7 years. But I don't understand why I'm paying a $100 core charge for a part that they sell rebuilt for $90.

My wheels were recieved on time, the ordering process was flawless. When i got to the tire shop for mounting I was informed that the front wheels were rubbing the rotors upon calling Adsitco they said they could send my out a second set with a different offset, which would mean i would have to pay for a second mount of my wheels. I would have expected sone consideration for my inconvenience. I had to have my rotors modified to make wheels work. If you have a 95 S420 get the deeper inset and save your self the added expense. Adsitco provided exploded diagram upon request. 450SL bumpers purchased did not contain all hardware reflected in exploded diagram. Lower panels of rear bumper took extensive modification to clear car frame/undercarriage. Support brackets for front bumper took extensive modification for fitment issue.

PART WAS HARD TO FIND, STEERING BOX FOR MERCEDES 107 CHASSIS, QUALITY PART BUT DELIVERY TIME WAS LONGER THAN EXPECTED, WOULD STILL RECCOMEND

Few years ago I would have rated you a 1 based on packing technique and the following lack of customer service. I had ordered set of OEM floor mats and when they were shipped they were rolled bottom in allowing the foam to strech and pull away from the mat. Contacted customer service and informed them however they were not willing to replace. I had to remove the foam and be content. I have not ordered from them since until now. New order came as promised without packing flaws. Hi
