The service was good however the cost of shipping was ridiculous! To pay over $50 for a single article approx 7”x3” is exorbitant. You should advise cost of shipment prior to accepting payment. I would have been happy to have it shipped by sea or a more reasonable method.

Took a long time to get my complete order. catalog reference for one of my parts was misleading and overpriced by over $100. Never sent paid invoice with tracking # as was promised.

Being outside the USA I find that the postage for small items is outrageous

I have no complaints, but for the lack of feedback on backorders
John B.
Did not receive a tracking number until I called. Delivery was slower than it needed to be. Representive got upset when I told him delivery needed to improve. Service can't improve until feedback is accepted and acted on without people getting upset. Poor attitude, wanted to argue with me. Doubt that I will order again.

It took too long to be shipped, over a week and a half for it to be packed up and to start shipping. Another four or five days to arrive. When I inspect the mirror the mirror surface is nice but the socket on the back where the pivot attaches to the mirror body is loose (unglued?) so the mirror flops back and forth. Just not acceptable. Judging by the amount of bubble wrap used in shipping it had to have been that way when it left there. Really unprofessional if you ask me.Things are getting better with the help from Joe at Adsit. Seems better but withholding on my final opinion until I actually receive the promised product. Heading in the right direction.

Kevin, Sorry to hear that... Certainly not acceptable. All of our used parts do come with a 60 day exchange warranty. I will get a replacement on the way today at no charge. Please hold that unit and the packaging and we will get a return label to you right away! If you don't mind next time just pick up the phone and give us a call at 800 521 7656 so we can correct any issues a little quicker and more effectively... Reviews like this are tough on small online businesses like ours. I understand if we refused to assist, but things happen and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Thanks Joe 800 521 7656

FENDER WAS DELIVERED WITH A DENT, BUT NOTHING I COULDN'T FIX. I ASKED SALESMAN REPEATEDLY IF BUMPER "ASSY" WOULD COME COMPLETE WITH ALL MOULDINGS. REPLY WAS IF IT SAYS COMPLETE IT SHOULD HAVE ALL. DID NOT COME WITH ANY MOULDINGS. ENDED UP BUYING ALL OTHER PIECES FROM MERCEDES.
