Range is good..but doesnt auto calculate overseas shipping. Also no updates on shipment after more than a week.

I ordered a part they sent the wrong part,charged me again to get the correct part(which I have not received yet.Told me to ship the wrong part back at my expense then they would give me credit,for their mistake.

The fender I ordered came dented

I have ordered from Adsitco several times over the past years and always had a positive experience. This time however was not as good as in the past. I ordered a set of floor mats as a gift for a friend's new acquisition. I ordered on March 27 and the message from the website said I would received an email with the tracking number information and when the item shipped. After more than a week and not hearing anything from them, I called and was told the information had been sent to me... but nothing to my inbox or to the spam folder. I was sent the invoice, but still no tracking number. I had to call each time I wanted to check the status. I finally received the floor mats on April 11. They arrived in good condition and they look great. They just took a very long time to arrive.

I ordered a windshield washer tank filler cap from them. Their employee, Joe, was so nice on the phone. Even gave me a discount on my product. Then, when I got it, it was the wrong part. I emailed him to let him know about a week ago and haven't heard back from anyone yet. The part they sent was big enough to fit on a truck! I just needed it for a car. Anybody could see that part wasn’t for a car! I’d never order from them again. I lost $5.00. But if they take that from 1,000 people, that’s a lot of money. Enough to keep them robbing people!

I placed an order for a NEW item & was so excited when it arrived, however when I opened the huge box there was a sign taped to the clear plastic bag which stated "1 BLACK BROKEN STRAP" & inside the box was a loose unattached broken strap! I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED! I finally phoned Adsit Company & spoke with an awesome employee, Michael, who had me text him photographs of the problem. I would rate this company FIVE STARS due to Michael, but only ONE STAR due to the fact that I paid for a new item, but received damaged merchandise.

Order was incomplete, one item was not available but I was charged and never notified. I had to call them to request for the part and or refund. A refund was promised but is been 14 days as I write this review and still no Refund issued.

The Auto cover I received, while fitting the overall car, has side view mirror pockets that are no where near the location of the side view mirrors on the car. But the overall car is under cover so I'll leave well enough alone.
