I was surfing the web for weeks to find parts for my car and had no luck. After much frustration I called a 1-800 number that was in the Adsitco web search. I spoke with Dean and he immediately recognized my 1983 Mercedes Benz 230E as a gray market vehicle and he stated he could get me parts. Other suppliers stated they were unable to help me when I called their 1-800 number. I was considering selling the car, but will now keep it because parts are available through Adsitco. The process is made easy through email ordering and the parts show up in a reasonable time at my doorstep and have never been outside the delivery timeline provided. Recently a new part was unavailable and Dean found me a used part which was awesome. One time we got a wrong part and Dean stated I could receive credit if returned, but haven't returned it yet. My overall satisfaction with Adsitco is good. I have already recommended Adsitco to my friends and will continue to order parts from them. Respectfully, Ken Harrington

Seth is a great service and support provider. He assisted in every way he could to ensure I got the parts I needed. Even when a few situations where the parts needed to returned he ensured that were handled quickly and provided the details on the followup emails sent to me to keep me informed.

The request was a hardeous and difficult one to fill. I had been looking for those front axle dampers for over a year, with the help of my mechanic. To no avail, until I remembered that Adsitco was showong them available on their website. I called to check out the availability of the suspension. The saleman who answered the phone was courteous, professional, and showed interest in helping. These dampers were no longer available. He could have apologized and carry on with his business... Instead, he contacted Mercedes, got the information needed, called back, with a complete quote, delivery delays.... and gained the sales. This is service with a capital S! I have kept his name in my file and will call back in the fall for his help in my next rebuild project.

It was a very easy process and the parts arrived much sooner than I expected!

I avoided Adsitco as supplier of parts for my 92 MBZ, because of the language used describing, among other things, their return policy on sold parts. However, I did purchase some after-market gear last year...excellent value. It took longer than I expected receiving my order, however, the extra time involved was well worth the wait. I can't find a more comprehensive inventory of MBZ parts anywhere else on-line. Just recently I bought a top locking cylinder....excellent product. VALUE. I will buy from them again in future. Value. They are hard to beat.

Adsit has an easy on-line catalog to use I have always found what I need and they ship right away. My orders are always correct and arrive in a few days.
