I contacted Adsitco to purchase a front shock for my Mercedes GL450. I had a rather please experience. The salesperson was rather pleasant and courteous. He wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase'

I only buyed once, but everything went as expected, without any difficulty. The part I bought arrived in time. I did some consultations about weight and volume of other parts that weren't answered correctly.

Easy to use ordering process. Like it!

I received the product in good condition. However, the dash cover does not fit perfectly on my dash. It is about 1 inch too long and I will have to do some trimming on one or both end(s) of the dash cover to make it fit.

The parts are priced pretty well, BUT the web site functions are painful to maneuver! Very slow, and not well conceived. Of course, I am someone interested in finding the right part at the right price, order it quickly and go on with my work. Best wishes Gary Edwards

Great online experience, good pricing, and timely delivery.. But, I received my window switch for my 2000 Mercedes ML55 AMG, and the drivers side window switch (broken, the reason I replaced the whole assembly) works backwards as opposed to the rest of the switches. To roll the window up, you have to press the switch down, and vise-versa. The other three switches work as they always did, to roll the window up, you pull up, to roll the window down, you push down???

David, I am not sure what would be casing this unless the switch itself is defective or if some wires or plugs got turned around during the installation. Either way we are here to assist you. Please make sure everything is installed correctly and if the part is in fact defective we will gladly exchange it out for you! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you and all of your Mercedes Benz parts needs! The Adsit Company, INC

My order came on time and worked fine

I have been a customer since last year, when I purchased a 1981 M-B 300CD. I am well satisfied with my purchases--front window seal, sheepskin seat covers. Altho I will use Adsit again, its catalog, both online and paper, needs improvement. Information is not complete, format is confusing, products could be better illustrated. The best part is the helpful telephone advice they give.
