Adore Cosmetics offers innovations in skincare products that are mostly powered by plants. We want to provide not just “feel good,” but “do good” skincare products. We do this by using a combination of naturally derived ingredients, the newest addition being our meadowsweet extract. Pushy sales people
Seems like the sales staff doens't know what NO means . I purchased a product and then they want to upsell you another product. You have to tell them NO 15 times and then they get pi..ed off because you didn't buy it. Some people are on a budget and I am not about to spend hundreds of dollars on something that is not a necessity. They could have been nicer at the end.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. Paid for overnight shipping. Ordered my items on Saturday I called to make sure that my items would be shipped on Monday morning as the person who the items were being sent to would only be at shipping Address until Wednesday AM. No Answer all morning, finally got an answer at 11:30 am lady stated they are now getting into office so she doesn’t know if it will be shipped today. (What serious work place starts business at 11:30 am? When you know you likely have overnight shipping items to get out) I told her if it isn’t shipped today to cancel my order as it will not reach in time. Received email on Tuesday afternoon that item had just shipped. (Which clearly was too late) Not to mention the lady wasn’t even nice. Sincerely, Dr Emma Dash

Unacceptable
Unacceptable. Sales people dont know what they are selling and make up things of their mind. They dont know how to use the product nor what does it do.

I never recive the product
I never recive the product. And The charge in my credit card wasn't correct. The purchase was a fraud.

From what I can see from our website was that your order #1714 was placed on June 11, 2017 at 4:37pm. In addition, I have checked the tracking number: 1ZYF16036741036290 where you can see here the status of the shipment: https://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track?track=yes&trackNums=1ZYF16036741036290&loc=en_us Our shipping department is looking into this situation right now as it seems that UPS tried to contact you to provide you with the item you purchased.
