I rated this a 1 star because that is the lowest score possible. This place is a rip off. I too tried to return never opened product and was refused. I felt duped. Unscrupulous tactics. I don't know how they stay in business.

Bought this product 2 yrs ago in Vegas. Didn't work. Wished I would have researched first. THIS IS A SCAM! within 30 min I went bk to return and they wouldn't take it back. Supposed to knock off $100 but that NEVER happened!! Salespeople are way TOO PUSHY!! And that's ridiculous that I felt robbed and changed my mind and could not return! BEWARE NEW CUSTOMERS!!

What is wrong with the salespeople at the ADORE Cosmetic Shop (The Mall at Rockingham Park, Salem, NH)? On Friday, 5.3.2019, I watched from upstairs as two separate women, who were by themselves, walking by and a male salesperson at the Adore Cosmetic shop hollering at them. Clearly, they were trying to ignore him and avoided walking directly in front of the Adore shop but he continued to yell at them - nasty and unprofessional. This behavior needs to be stopped immediately. Soon they will be physically assaulting shoppers to get their attention!

I was walking by the store at the Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg Florida when an associate I will call her came out with a sample in her hand as I was walking by and said try...I said no thank you, all set and she replied, you must be from New England. Not sure what that comment was about, and I didn't engage to find out. I would call that a rude sales pitch and I will tell everyone how rude! I would never go into that store after reading a few of these other reviews.

Be aware of these products and the pushing sales... if you say no, they keep adding more and more to your purchase. Came home open the boxes of products and they were half full. Not sure how it’ll last me a year. I called the store and they acted like they never met me. Complete waste of over $400 and there’s no refunds.

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star! Complete con artists! They suckered my husband into this ridiculous overpriced skin line that I can’t even use because of skin allergies. I didn’t even take the stuff out of the bag! I had him take it back to the store and they refused to refund him. He was never told there were no refunds. Apparently once they suck you in, they ring your purchase up and have you sign a digital signature pad. After that, the receipt prints out and they stuff it immediately in the bag. At the bottom of the receipt it states that due to the nature of the product they can only exchange products. It’s complete bull crap!!! If you look at adore.com website it states that you can return both opened and unopened merchandise if purchased online within 14 days...but for online purchases only???Why the hell is it different in the stores???? I literally NEVER even removed the tissue paper from the bag when it was given to me. When my husband went to the store this morning, the sales associate and manager refused to refund him. They continued to actually try and push more “free products” on him? Are they serious? That confirmed to me this company are scam artists. No quality skincare line would ever refuse to refund your return within 7 days ESPECIALLY if the products were never even touched, secondly, quality skin care lines do not just give you more free products. He ended up leaving the store with useless products and feeling robbed. I called to speak the store after he got home and a man aswered stating he was the manager. I explained I was very upset that they were refusing the return of unopened products and how sneaky I thought they were. I informed him I would be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and attorney generals office as I think there business practices are so ridiculous!!! When I went on both the BBB and attorney general sites, it looks like multiple people felt the same way as there are multiple complaints filed that still have not been resolved by this company. Almost identical complaints as everyone else’s that I have read. There are also active complaints with the attorney generals office. That should tell you right there to stay far away from this company! Unless you enjoy losing 100’s of dollars....

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS I LIVE IN WINNIPEG AND THEY HAVE A LOCATION AT THE KENASTON OUTLET. THEY SCAMMED MY MOM INTO BUYING THEIR PRODUCT. BEWARE AND LET ALL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS KNOW ABOUT THEIR AGGRESSIVE TACTICS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THESE PRODUCTS HAVE NO REAL CUSTOMER REVIEWS. THEY PRICE IT RIDICULOUSLY HIGH AND OFFER IT SO LOW THAT THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE THAT IT IS WORTH BUYING. THEY DO NOT LET YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS NO REFUN. AFTER BUYING THE PRODUCT ALL YOU CAN DO IS EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER BOGUS PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT KIND OF REAL BUSINESS IS THIS?

It’s a scam. The product I bought was not sealed and half empty when I arrived home with it. Don’t trust them despite whatever they tell you. They didn’t accept the return of the products and didn’t want to reimburse them. They cheated. It’s a complete scam. Protect yourself!
