My boyfriend purchased the organic peeling gel from adore. I was so exited to get it home and try it on my face after the sales rep had showed us how effective it was at peeling away your dead skin cells. But once we got home and I went to use the product it seemed to just sit on my skin and do nothin. There was no facial peeling going on that I could see. So I figured I would give it a few more chances but to my disappointment I’ve now had the peeling gel for a year and it has never worked. I started to look online and see all of the negative reviews about how they sell you a completely different product then what you sample in the store. Well I’m convinced now that’s exactly what happened. But there is a happy ending to this experience. Since the cream never worked I’ve since tried another brand that is very affordable and extremely affective and it’s called OMG! Peeling gel.

Horrible products horrible customer service in store and when you call!!! Tried product in store they didnt sell me same product it was completely not the same as the one they let me try on in store!! They let you tey in store and the product you go home with is absolutely not the same as the one you tried!!! They are scammers!!! Paid over 300 bucks!!!! Horrible horrible customer service!! They should back their brand instead of being so nasty!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! They dont just sell adore they sell different products as well!!! I immediately went to return the prodcut next morning and no one can help me!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ADORE COSMETICS THEY ARE A BIG FRAID!!!!

Beware,stay away products dont work like they work in the store,it seems in store they work but what you buy when you get home and do exactly what they do ,they dont work at all a big waste of money,I want a refund,this store was in Connecticut mall,455 trolley line blvd,store 870, stay away,they also deal with orogold,these two stores work together

Stay away. Very aggressive salespeople. I felt scared at one point. Sales person put some anti wrinkle cream on my face and I ended up running out of the store. I didn't like the way the product felt on my face so I went to a rest room to wash it off. I was shocked to see the cream had hardened to a crust, like dried saliva. This company should not be allowed to open in reputable malls.

Sales rep are aggressive and pushing ppl to buy the products. Main office should train the reps to be more professional at the end the products are expensive so customers need to feel relaxed to make a decision to buy or not.

The sales people stand out front and try to give free samples. They are incredibly pushy. I took pity on a lady working day and took the free sample, HUGE mistake. Despite my telling her I wasn’t interested in purchasing anything and wanted to just try the sample and come to my own conclusion she insisted I come in to the store and see another sample. Thirty minutes later I finally escaped. I had repeatedly told her I was not going to purchase and she just kept pushing. Awful sales tactics. I work directly across the mall from the location in Edmonton. I watch as shoppers try as hard as they possibly can to avoid the sales people. They try so hard to avoid your store they end up missing the other stores adjacent to Adore Cosmetics. It’s to the point where I’m going to mall administrators to complain because it’s ridiculous. I don’t feel other stores should miss out on foot traffic because your sales people are so aggressive. If your product is as great as you claim it is there would be absolutely zero need to push it as hard as you do.
