A Warning Sign of Power Games and Bias
This company stands as a brutal lesson in how unchecked authority can poison an entire organization. The CEO comes across as deeply arrogant, dismissive, and uninterested in listening, shutting people down before hearing a full thought. Certain managers blatantly reward favorites while sidelining or quietly sabotaging everyone else, leaving capable employees overlooked and devalued. Meetings spiral into confusion, priorities shift without warning, and accountability is almost nonexistent. The atmosphere turns hostile fast, grinding down morale and energy as favoritism and internal politics dominate daily life. By the time you walk away, the emotional strain caused by management eclipses the work itself. This is not a place for anyone seeking respect, fairness, or genuine support.
