i ordered my package and only half of it came. days later i received a notification that it wouldn’t be coming. DONT HAVE IT TO BUY ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARENT GOING TO SEND IT. this is beyond annoying but this is only half. i email them several times only for them to say they can’t refund me because it was for sale. So i wasted 20 dollars on a top that never came and they wouldn’t give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

It is my first time purchasing an order at this website. I purchased 3 items on May 17th and I received an email saying shipping label has been created on the 20th and still is. It's already the 26th of May and still no updates. I messaged them on Facebook twice and no respond. Customer service is horrible.

The sizing on this site sucks. I ordered a large because everywhere I shop I am a large. Sometimes I'm even a medium. When I received the pants, they felt like they were two sizes too small. Then I checked the size guide on their website and apparently according to them I am an XL. This wouldn't bother me too much except for the fact that there is no size bigger than an XL. I am a normal sized average woman, so I find it absolutely ridiculous that this is their sizing. Their sizing for small women is meant for children, not full grown women. Their customer service policy is also bad. Not only do I have to pay to get it shipped back, but I can't even exchange my item for a bigger size. If I want this item I have to repurchase it again. Overall, this store is not worth it and really needs to change their size options and their customer service. I wish I could give this site 1 star.

Lost my package in shipping and didn’t bother to let me know until I reached out wondering where it was after 2 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

A inizio febbraio, vedendo questo sito su instagram, decido di fare un ordine di tre articoli. Il 2/2 ricevo la conferma d'ordine, il 5/2 mi scrivono che uno degli articoli non è disponibile e, dato che avevo ordinato principalmente per quell'articolo, chiedo di cancellare l'intero ordine ma lo stesso giorno viene spedito e quindi non possono, va bene ugualmente. Gli articoli mi arrivano anche abbastanza velocemente, ma oggi 27/02 non ho ricevuto il rimborso. La settimana scorsa ho scritto all'assistenza e mi è stato risposto che avevano già fatto il bonifico e sarebbe arrivato a breve, altrimenti era un problema della mia banca. Ho contattato la banca e mi hanno risposto che a loro non risulta nulla, di provare ad aspettare. Sconsiglio l'acquisto su questo sito, peccato perchè mi piacevano molte cose e la qualità dei vestiti non mi sembra brutta.

Shipping takes forever. Still waiting for my package.

So, after seeing them constantly advertised on Instagram I decided to buy a couple of things. I only live about an hour away from the warehouse, but both of my orders went missing for a while, over two weeks at least. I reached out to Adika and they gave me a refund while stating they hoped it would eventually arrive. I finally ended up getting my stuff and I couldn't believe how cheap everything was. The jewlery is NOTHING how it looks in the photos on the website and instagram, it legit feels like something from party city. You can just tell it looks incredibly cheap and fake by looking at it. The sweatpants I bought also feel super cheap as well and rough on the inside. Everything they have is insanely overpriced for the quality of the products, so I would highly reccomed avoiding, or at least waiting until they have a huge sale.

Awful customer service. I ordered clothes for my daughter for Christmas. I wanted to ensure on time delivery. I ordered them November 17th. They got here a few days before Christmas. The day after Christmas I sent an email ( thatnisnhiwnyou need to request a return) never heard back for over a few weeks. Then they tell me I only had 30 days to return and that my return expired 30 days after shipment. They were a gift and the 30 days expired before Christmas. The clothes did not fit and now we can’t even return them. Do not order from this company.
