I can't recommend Shanna's program enough. It's practical and very effective. I learned a lot about how the ADHD brain works and the tools to support it. I feel a lot more in control of my time, I am accomplishing my goals and feel that for the 1st time EVER someone understands me. Knowing that nothing's wrong with me and that there are ways I can manage my ADHD has been life changing. Love my coach and the progam!

I've worked with one of Shanna Pearson's coaches for about a year and a half. I had been struggling to keep my head above water, managing my ADHD alongside a demanding career in the software industry alongside the demands of raising an elementary-school aged child, managing a household, and working on personal creative projects. This program has given me a toolbox of strategies to use that help me with time management, organization, prioritization, goal-setting, and focus, and I've been able to apply these strategies in my career, in my home life, and everywhere else. What I really love is that this program provides accountability, not only in my weekly coaching session, but with regular check-ins n between as well. Over the past year, I've gone from barely staying afloat to accepting a better position at a better company and publishing some of my creative writing. It's been such a life-changer, to have someone to guide me through learning HOW to work with my ADHD brain instead of struggling on my own. I highly recommend this for anyone—to be honest, I wish I had been able to do this when I was a student, because I think it would have been such a great support system.

From my coach, I received a person who I felt was very strong in knowing what I was dealing with, with my ADHD brain. She had skills to help me clear out negative passed thoughts, and especially thought patterns. She had new tools to "train my brain",, so as to have avenue with which to create a better life with. Tools that are now my "go to steps",, as I start my day, work day, and work on my dreams. These steps help me be aware of unhelpful patterns and or thoughts, and replace them with choices that help me move forward. The more I know and understand about how my ADHD brain works, and the more I learn how to direct my thoughts, the more I am able to reduce the struggle in my life, and create more positive events, outcomes and even people. I really appreciated the coaching I have gotten thus far, and look forward to doing more. I teach Special Ed kids,, so I was also able to learn things I could pass on to them. In searching for an ADHD coach, I found Shanna Pearson’s company that was top-rated and reviewed from legit third parties, publications, and organizations. I spoke to their team throughly on the front end to make sure their program could help me in wanting to address my needs for professional and personal purposes pertaining to my ADHD... Needless to say, I was not disappointed! I’ve had the pleasure in working with 2 of their coaches in a 6-month program… The coaches are very positive in their approach, but also ACCOUNTABILITY is key to everything they do in custom-designing what I needed in helping me towards my ongoing needs. I don’t say the word “goals” rather I want to emphasize “process” and “system” and “management”… All these things and more is what I got out of the coaching. I’ve seen areas of improvement I how I communicate and better navigate the ins and outs of ADHD. I gained a deeper understanding of its physicality and physiology, how to structure my day, and how be more productive. This has been critical, as I’m a super busy person with a lot going on whether working for others or in my own entrepeneurial endeavors. Mind you, I’ve only scratched the surface in my coaching. At the same time, I’ve seen major evolution in how far I’ve come from where I began. This is not only my opinion, as I’ve had the most important people in my life comment on the changes they’ve seen… That’s how I know the program works. Shanna Pearson’s coaches inspire and influence you - but they will not do the work for you. They are accessible and available during your time in working with them in the sessions themselves as well as through email and texting. Each coach brings their Shanna Pearson ADHD training programming and their own unique personality to the table. They make sure you get the unique experience you need to go out in the world, and be the ADHD superhero you are, capitalizing on your strengths and helping you in your growth. I want to emphasize: Do not expect instant gratification. The work is ongoing. It’s not a 1 week or 30 day Super Diet. Or 90 day gym membership and you’re done. Be willing to go all in. I am so grateful to have found this program- it has changed my life! After years of feeling lost, stuck, alone and completely overwhelmed, I am finally in the driver seat of my own life and feeling better than ever. I’m a professional chef, culinary instructor and entrepreneur. I operate founder of two pizza businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m self diagnosed ADHD. 5 years ago, I left decades of being in structured work environments to becoming self employed and running my own businesses. My world seemed to change in a strange way. I became forgetful, easily distracted and distracting to others. I became more sensitive, emotional and my confidence was declining. It was like something had mind control over me. I knew what I should be doing but I wasn’t doing it. From the outside, nobody could see how I struggled on the inside. Nobody would even know that I have ADHD. I appeared like I had my act together, but on the inside, I was suffering. A little over a year ago, I realized that I needed professional help BUT the dealbreaker for me is that I didn’t want to be on medication. So there was nothing that a doctor can do to help me. I have had an excellent experience working with Shanna's company and have nothing but good things to say about my coach and Expert ADHD Coaching's strategies. I am a high-performing young lawyer with inattentive/hyperactive combined ADHD. I have struggled with executive functioning from a young age. Working with my coach, who truly cares about my development and progress, has been extremely helpful for developing tools and techniques to build better habits at work. I still have some challenges relating to time management but I believe that continuing to work with my coach will help me focus on some of these specific struggles, be a better attorney, and achieve more balance in my life.
