Working with Expert ADHD Coaching has had an outstanding impact on both my business and my personal life. They're exceptional at what they do! As a business owner and CEO, I was already "successful" but I was operating in ways that were reactive, not sustainable, and honestly difficult for others to live with. My coach helped me with the things I needed to work on, and with other things I hadn't even realized were problems. I now prioritize better, follow through on high-impact tasks, make much better decisions, and manage my energy more effectively. These changes have also contributed to real financial growth in my business. The changes at home have been just as important. I'm more present, more grounded, and better at communicating with my wife instead of allowing constant work stress to consume me and spill over into our home. Our marriage has become much stronger, and our family life is better because of it. My coach also challenged me and never let me get away with my usual BS. This program is the gift that keeps giving. I worked with an amazing coach over 13 months 8/22-8/23. I’m writing this review because I use the tools she gave me daily, and of coarse I must be procrastinating/avoiding something like doing dishes;) I don’t think I’d be functioning today without our time together. She was absolutely what I needed. She told me new tools/strategies and reinforced the biggest obstacle -my brain and more importantly my thinking. I remember the first time she said be kind to yourself, you are too tough on yourself. In my mind, I was like “oh please, I’m so lazy”. However, over the weeks and months of hearing it and proving it through writing down my daily/weekly/monthly achievements, I began to believe it. There isn’t a day that has gone by in the last 2 years that I haven’t stopped my spiral and used the tools I was given. It was one of the best investments of my life. I admit, at the time, I was not totally committed to a year of expensive coaching. If you look at it as payment upfront for taking back control of the rest of your life, it’s worth its weight in gold. Thank you Shanna, for creating a program to help those struggling with Attention Deficit, become the creative, smart, resourceful people, we know we could be. Expert ADHD Coaching was amazing! I was in a really bad place with my business and my personal life. I was riddled with panic attacks, overwhelm, and stuck in my limbic brain everyday for about 4 months before I sought help with the coaching program. The program was so good, they taught me so much. I had no idea that there were tools that I could use to get through the tough days. I haven't had a panic attack since I started and the coaching taught me how to really manage my brain and how to recognize when I was avoiding tasks, when I was overstimulated, and how to recuperate from that. The coaching also confirmed for me that it's ok for my brain to operate the way it does, I just needed to learn the tools on how to manage my reactions and understand them. I took those tools and ran with them and it's been about 6 months and I've made incredible strides and it's really transformed the way I work and my business is now functional. I went from staring at my screen all day with tears in my eyes, to planning and delegating to my team, so I wasn't so overwhelmed. Now I'm able to take a day off without a meltdown. I would highly recommend if you struggle with ADHD or you're not sure you have ADHD but you have symptoms, and you're not sure how to manage it, definitely get on board with Expert ADHD coaching. They're help was invaluable to me. I will be forever thankful!
