Terrible Online Service - No Communication When There’s a Problem
Terrible online experience — no communication when things go wrong I ordered a synthesizer from adawliahshop-com because Adawliah is a local company, and I expected a reliable online shopping experience. Their website states that orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the same day. I placed my order before 3 PM. Just one hour later, I was informed that the delivery would be delayed. Then, around four hours after placing the order, I was informed that my payment had been cancelled — even though the money had already been taken from my bank account. The most frustrating part, however, is the complete lack of communication. I tried every available channel: * Email: no response * Phone: nobody answers * WhatsApp: nobody responds When there is a problem with an order, especially one involving a customer’s money, I expect at least an explanation and some basic customer support. Instead, there is simply silence. I understand that delivery delays and payment problems can happen. What is completely unacceptable is the company’s failure to communicate with the customer and provide any assistance whatsoever. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with adawliahshop-com Very poor online customer service. I regret ordering from this website and will not use it again.
