The company does not have enough staff. The leadership is good, but the way things are managed is bad. Management is sometimes unorganized, which is worsened by the lack of employees. I think the biggest problem with this company is the lack of staff. I suggest hiring enough staff to make things more efficient and reduce stress from current employees.

Contacted them about their software as we wanted to make our own operations flawless. Our emails went unanswered and two weeks' worth of follow up had already gotten to my nerve. Had to look for an alternative.
