Total SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!
Total SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!! Same experience as everyone else. They eagerly accepted my return but have not refunded me or responded to numerous emails. They're bogus! Probably the last time I "buy local."

Zero Customer Service
My daughter ordered a PunchPro for her son that arrived with a hole in it. She reached out and was told to send a picture and they would send a replacement. That was over 2 weeks ago and we haven't heard from them and have no other way to contact them except through a bogus chat on their bogus website. There is no phone number, they don't respond to emails or their chat thing. ActivelyKids IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM-SITE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

We ordered a punching bag for our…
We ordered a punching bag for our grandson for Christmas. We thought this was the perfect gift. We were so wrong. Upon blowing the bag up on Christmas Eve, we found a hole in it. Okay. Now what? Tomorrow is Christmas. We inflated it as much as we could, and our grandson was thrilled to see his wished for present from Santa. We have been trying to communicate this to the company, but to no avail. Do we write to consumer affairs? They are not listed with BBB. So frustrating!

Beställde en punchingbag, vi märkte att den läckte luft så jag mailade, dom sa till svar att man måste trycka i pluggen ordentligt, haha, ja självklart har vi gjort det svarade jag, sen har det inte kommit fler svar därifrån trots att jag skickat fler mail.

This is not a reputable company
This is not a reputable company, I ordered for Christmas in November, opened on Christmas and the punching bag will not hold air, for more than an hour and sent them many emails and have not received any support. They also do not have a customer service number. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

Avoid this company
I ordered 2 punch bags for my grandchildren in Australia. They were opened on Christmas morning and both had holes in them. They refuse to replace or refund as it was over a month since they were received. I tried to explain they hadn't been opened until Christmas they are not interested. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
