Unreasonable Refund Policy — Charged for Completely Unused Content
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I purchased the ACTION CPT certification program, but shortly after, I learned that my gym exclusively requires a NASM certification. I logged into my account portal today for the sole purpose of finding support contact information to request a cancellation and refund. To be completely clear: I never clicked on, opened, or accessed any of the course materials, study guides, or exams. Their backend system activity logs can easily verify zero usage. Finding contact info was already difficult, and once I finally reached support, they flatly refused a refund, citing a strict blanket policy against refunds for digital content. Denying an administrative courtesy refund when zero digital product was ever delivered or consumed is unreasonable customer service. Save your money and go with a provider that treats clients fairly.
