As Director of Figurella in Colombia, I was looking for a strategic partner to help us develop and implement an AI-powered assistant capable of managing and scheduling consultations for our body modeling center, Figurella. We are now in the launch phase of this new AI line, and within just one week, the agent has successfully booked consultations that converted into real, effective sales. We are genuinely impressed not only by the tangible results but also by the speed in resolving details and fine-tuning the system during implementation—an essential factor in projects of this complexity. The 24/7 availability and responsiveness have made a significant difference in ensuring a smooth rollout. This collaboration has been efficient, results-driven, and strategically aligned with our growth vision.

Since we hired Agustín to handle the development and integration of AI at our Menein Beauty Clinic, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. What really makes the difference, beyond the product itself, is the person behind the technology, and Agustín has been a key part of this whole process. From the very beginning, Agustín has shown himself to be fully committed, with incredible knowledge and 24/7 availability. He’s always been there when we needed him, no matter the time or the issue, and that’s been crucial for us to make quick adjustments and continuously improve. What stands out most about his work is how he solved problems that once seemed impossible: for example, the delays in customer service, appointment scheduling, or how we handled conflicts through various channels. Today, thanks to his help, we have a much more agile and efficient system, and that’s completely transformed how we operate. For us, Agustín has been more than just a service provider or consultant; he’s truly been a partner in our process of integrating AI into our clinic. His human qualities, dedication, and his ability to always be available for us are priceless. Agustín, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you’ve done. Your work has been essential for Menein’s growth, and we’re confident we’ll continue to achieve great things together.
