Wylie Coyote's best F.
i read to remember the road runner cartons, well i do remember those and my experiece with ACME TOOLS is the exact same, the tool showed up when they said it would, as it always did for Wylie Coyote. Unlike WC the tool provided exactly what i was after. As i remeber WC didn't know how to use the tool. The tool was always there

I never purchased a Lawn mower on line before but I could not find a Honda (HRN216VYAA) with blade-stop locally. Acme Tools in North Dakota had one on line. Called to check on availability and shipping cost. Mower was available and shipping was $28 for a heavy load. Ordered on Sept. 26 at 2 pm and received the mower in South Carolina on Monday Sept. 30 at 1pm. Added oil and gas after checking out the mower and was cutting the lawn at 2 pm. Great job by Acme Tools on the delivery of the best residential lawn mower on the market. I can't understand why Honda would stop making gas lawn mowers. This is my 4th Honda over the last 40 years and and have never had a major problem. I just did the routine maintenance and they lasted for 10-15 years each. Jack

I never used Acme Tools website before. I was really impressed. Easy to make an account, easy to check on the process of the order. Easy to check on tracking information, and I got my ordered item in good quick time. I'll be using them again.

I purchased Milwaukee products from Acmetools.com because it was listed as an authorized dealer on Milwaukee’s website. I received my order quickly and as described. I’m reviewing them because often folks don’t write a review unless they had a negative experience.

I just purchased a Rikon 70-3040 Lathe from Acme Tools. Their price was almost $500 less than any other supplier I could find. I was nervous about doing business with them after reading the reviews. However, working with them was a wonderful, if at times confusing experience. They quoted a cost and expected delivery time. They met all of these promises. I was contacted right after the purchase by a representative (a real person) via text message offering any help I might have. The only issue I ran into was when I checked my order it said "back ordered." It seems that if the item purchases from Acme Tools is drop shipped from elsewhere, the system marks it as back ordered until shipped. A call to support quickly resolved this issue. Acme tools needs to fix this! All in all I would order from them again. Support was excellent and they met all of their commitments to me. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. Update: About 2 weeks after receiving my lathe, Acme dropped the price by $500. I contacted them and they refunded the $500 difference. Easy as a call to customer support.

Honest company with fast shipping. Product was as described but I purchased the wrong items and the return process is awesome. I don't know why they have bad reviews it must be a mix up with acmeshoponline.com which I believe is not owned by the same people. Make sure your buying from acmetools.com
