Ordered a single item on 6/4/2026. Credit card was charged on 6/2/2026. Today is 8/4/2026 and I have not received the item. Tried to contact customer service and received no response. Acme was great in the past, but that seems to have changed sadly.

I placed my order on July 27, and four days later it still hadn’t shipped. The only status was “Order received,” with no tracking or updates. When I contacted customer service, the representative did not seem knowledgeable about my order and was unable to explain why it hadn’t shipped. She only said she would have it “pulled for shipment,” which made it seem like my order had simply been sitting there until I called. The interaction came across as unprepared and unhelpful, and it did not inspire confidence that anyone was actually managing my order. Customers deserve clear answers and proactive communication, not vague responses after several days of waiting

I ordered bora speed horse table saws and one of them had bent legs and the other didnt I received them july 15,2026 and shipped them back they said it takes them 10 business day to process a return after they receive it so I will get a refund on 08/03/2026 the people that email you back are rude I will never buy anything from this company its a joke I should have paid 30 more dollars for them on Amazon at least I would have had a replacement order 2 days later Acme is a joke and I hope they go out of business!

Super slow shipping and rude customer service.! Never again.! I made a mistake trusting these people.!

Complete waste of time. Ordered Dewalt Shelves and a week later the order was cancelled saying the shelves were discontinued. Still on the site with higher price and 10% discount. Poor business practice, I'll shop elsewhere.

I ordered a set of screwdrivers on June 11, with June 17 for delivery date. It is now June 29 as of this writing and they still have not been delivered. My first email they responded they were being shipped. That was on June 22. I have sent out four further emails without a response from this company. I am now trying to get refund for the purchase that was not received. All emails go unanswered. Do not deal with this company. They have poor customer service and do not deliver as promised.

Ordered bag, instantly they sent email confirming order. A week later tried to contact them via online and phone. No response and waited an hour on phone without getting in contact. Did the same effort to contact for 4 weeks finally on my fifth week I kindly asked to cancel order. Within 30 minutes order canceled. Do not waste your time.

I ordered an item on 19 Jun 2026. Per my order confirmation, the item was expected to be delivered by 6/11 - 6/13. The item was shipped on 6/11 - well after I would've expected an order for delivery in the stated timeframe. Tracking is horrific, and once I saw they shipped it via USPS, I knew their timeframe was unrealistic. on 19 June, I submitted a query via their website & got this reply: -------- Hello David, Thank you for contacting Acme Tools. Your order 405XXXXX has shipped via USPS tracking number 94346501057XXXXXXXXXXX. I've included a link to the tracking information below for your convenience. Link to USPS Tracking Thank you, Amanda Acme Tools Customer Support -------- This is unacceptable customer service. It has been almost two weeks since I ordered this item, and my project has been on hold the entire time. Their timelines and lack of customer support are unbelievable....I will not recommend them to anyone...in fact, I will warn people to stay clear of this company.
